Award Presentation

We celebrated a very special and proud moment tonight when one of the Cubs in our Thursday Pack was presented with a Chief Scout Personal Award. We were delighted to welcome Neil McKay, our District Commissioner, to present the award to Niamh who is 10. The award, the first to be presented to a young person in Hallam District, was given 'in recognition of her determination for Scouting despite coping with many health problems but remaining cheerful throughout'. We are so proud of Niamh and were thrilled that her family were able to join us to see her receive this wonderful award. Well done Niamh!
